 lists.opensuse.org problems
In case you have not noticed - the lists.opensuse.org had a little problem ... --8<-- there was a lists.opensuse.org maintenance process hanging (undetected) for a very long time. This process continued a couple of minutes ago. Unfortunately because of the long delay some calculations went wrong (bounce times). This had the effect that the list software may have you unsubscribed. Please check your subscriptions. To do so you can simply subscribe again by sending a mail to +subscribe@opensuse.org. In case your are still subscribed the system will tell you about it. In case you are not anymore subscription is exactly what you want :)
Sorry for the inconvenience. The underlying problem has been fixed.

 New statistics up and running
After a short testing we decided to make it public. From today on we will have a new statistics page within suse-irc.org. Please put your hands together to welcome our new friend: The statistics are based on the logs of #suse on freenode.net and include mainly the same stuff as the old one did. We added some stuff, made it look better and inserted some fun.

 Gutsy Gibbon
Reference: Leighton, D.R. 1986. Gibbons: Territoriality and monogamy. In: Primate Societies, ed. Barb Smuts et al. Chicago: University of Chicago Press. --8<-- Gibbons are active for about 10-12 hours a day, mostly spent foraging and resting. There is little social activity such as play. -->8-- Eating memory and doing nothing but a little play and only for 10-12 hours a day ... Nice work Mr. Shuttleworth!

 Serviceprovider Maintainance on 03/31/2007
Just to inform you well in time: On 31st of March 00:00 CET our service/serverprovider will do some maintainance (change to better router hardware for backbone net, change of main carrier, new routes to servers etc.) which will probably lead to some short service outage of this server. Have fun.. [ Submitted by tuxbox]
